Review | Born Pretty Store BPL-032

HUNGARIAN version                                                                                                   PR sample

Today I will show you a Winter/Christmas themed stamping plate that I got from Born Pretty Store for review. I didn't choosed this, they kindly sent it as an extra, and even though I tried to avoid stamping lately (I want to focus more on my freehand skills), I was really happy when I saw it, because (oddly) I don't have any Winter/Christams themed stamping plates.
Sadly, it's currently out of stock, but I don't think that it would've arrived before Christmas anyways iy you would've ordered it right now, so I'm showing you so you can save it and order for next year, or you can wait it out until it goes back in stock, because you can rock snowflake/Christmas sweather patterns all January/February.

The plate contains 1 huge snowflake image, 5 big patterns and 12 small ones, and I think that it's a really nice selection of designs (even though I rarely use these small designs in my nail arts). The plate is really easy to use, I had no problem picking up the patterns. I used different stampers (Bundle Monster, Creative stamper, and even those cheap, firm ebay ones) and they all worked nicely with the plate. I used Mondo de Unas stamping polishes and some other metallic polishes, again, I had no problem at all.

So this is a really great plate, you can buy it HERE, once it goes back in stock.

Now let's see what nail art I created with this plate. I did 3 kinds, and I used Colors by Llarowe new Winter jelly/crelly shades for all 3 of them.

The first one (and my most favorite) is this snowflake stamping sandwich. I started with 1 coat of CbL Violet Haze, then I stamped with white. After it dried I added another coat of Violet Haze, then I stamped again with the snowflake pattern. Added a final coat of Violet Haze, plus 1-1 snowflakes for each nails. It was a little bit time consuming, but it looks soooo pretty (even thoug that the last snowflake in my pointer finger is a little bit misplaced :D)!

My second design is not that perfect either, my stamping skills are still in progress :D I used CbL Emerald Isle as a base, then I stamped with Moyra Metal Effect in bronze and OPI Push & Shove. I stamped the two colors together. Sadly the pattern is too long for my nails, but I adore this color combo so much. I didn't knew that silver and bronze go so well together.

And my last mani is a traditional red/gold Christmas combo. I did a glitter sandwich using CbL Devilish + Models Own Disco Heaven (2 coats of CbL + 3 coats of MO - so I finished with MO). And I stamped the snowflake pattern with Mundo de Unas Gold.
I'm really NOT a red wearer, but this combination looked pretty awesome I gotta admit :D

What do you think about these nail arts?
